VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Are you interested in helping the event? We can always use assistance!

We need volunteers for the following activities:

• Event setup and breakdown for Thursday through Sunday
• Friday Night Barbecue greeters
• Saturday morning rally registration, dispatching cars, checkpoint staff, gathering score sheets at the conclusion, and scoring tabulation
• Sunday car registration, parking, security, car placement, car club registration and parking
• Assisting in the new car tent and vendor row, judging sheet scoring runners, etc.

Sunday shifts are organized to ensure that there is plenty of time to enjoy the show.
